1. YOUR INFORMATION

We collect your information for the purpose of providing you with the products you purchase from us, for enhancing your online experience, and so we can better understand our customers and consumers in general. This includes the information you give us or which is generated by you – including your use of this website and how you arrived at our website in the first place.

Our 'lawful basis' for collecting personal information arises from one of two situations: either we have a contract with you, e.g. you’ve bought a product from us and we need the information to deliver it to you, or you’ve given your consent to be contacted by us or for your data to be used for marketing purposes, e.g. you’ve subscribed to our mailing list.

Some information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Website. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, for marketing, profiling and promotion, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

2. YOUR CHOICES AND LEGAL RIGHTS

You can unsubscribe or change your communication preferences at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' or 'update your preferences' link at the bottom of our emails, or by emailing us.  We’ll action your request as soon as we reasonably can.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you,  update it or erase it at any time, subject to applicable data retention requirements.  We’ll action your request as soon as we reasonably can.  These aren’t your only legal rights – you can find out more about them on the Information Commissioner’s Office website.

3. THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We take every effort to minimise the risk of a data breach occurring. In the event that a breach does occur, we will take appropriate steps to notify you if you are adversely affected and will try our best to minimise the impact. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner under the ref. ZA086360.
